I recently purchased a large mirror and have to say the entire experience was exemplary. The ordering simple and the delivery communication second to none. 10/10

Customer service is appalling. Please beware of DODGY company Mirror Outlet, they took my payment via PayPal 10 days ago and I kept calling for delivery. One arrogant guy Anthony on the phone kept lying about payment not being cleared, on Monday, he said payment was cleared and delivery would be Tuesday/Wednesday. Today, when I called the delivery company, they said no delivery had been booked by Mirror Outlet, now I've lost £139 with no item delivered. This is online daytime robbery. I will file a complaint with Trading Standards as well as a case in small claims court.

Customer services guy kept on arguing with my via email chain all afternoon! No value for customers! I have all emails as proof!

Fantastic. Ordered 5 sheets of Mirror Glass for my home gym. They arrived within 5 days in perfect condition via Fragilistics. Couldn't recommend them enough.

Large mirror ordered that arrived with glass smashed to bits. When contacted, they refused to arrange a return, collect the mirror or cover disposal costs saying 'it should fit in your bin', so I now have a huge, useless item that has shards of glass in it that doesn't come close to fitting in the bin. Will either have to try and break it up without getting cut to ribbons and glass all over the floor, or pay for disposal out of my own pocket. Absolutely the worst company I've ever dealt with and they've clearly done the same thing to many others.

What a shambles of a shop. I ordered a mirror a couple of weeks ago and when it arrived, the frame was cheap, cracked and just overall of a very very poor standard. I emailed right away to return the product and it's been 2 weeks now and still no reply. I'm not sure who is putting in all these positive reviews but DO NOT USE THIS WEBSITE

Great price. The delivery guy helped me try and get it up the stairs but it didn't look like it was going to fit and he told me about the free collection and returns if I couldn't get it up them, but I managed it in the end! Very pleased!!

Terrible experience , mirror outlet refused to collect the mirror even though I was well within my 14 day return cooling off period. As for the mirror it was extremely low budget and cheap. Would not recommend ever! Poor product and poor service.

Failed to deliver.
Having moved I needed new fixings for my mirror that would fit those still in place on the back of it.
Mirroroutlet said they had sent them twice and would not try again. I live in an easily accessible road near a major city and have not had problems with other suppliers.
They did refund the money but did not reply to my request for information about how to make a complaint.

Really appalled by this company. Had a large mirror delivered which was smashed to pieces in the packaging. When I contacted them to return they said it will take 2 weeks for a courier to pick up and that I have to wait even longer for a refund. So I have to keep a dangerous smashed up item in my home for 2 weeks and no refund probably for at least 4. Their Customer Services person did not apologise and advised me not to raise the issue again!!!! Pretty disgusting!!!!

I ordered a diamond crush fire not realising it was not suitable for what i wanted. I tried to cancel but they said i would lose 80 pound cancellation fee as they have already ordered it. It was supposed to come in early june, ive now been told the end of august. I would certainly avoid this company.How can they justify waiting 3 months for an item to be delivered.

Just bought two wall art pictures from mirror outlet had to wait some time as they were made to order but believe me when I tell you it was worth it as they are beautiful not only that but before I ordered them I emailed to ask if they would match as it was hard to tell on the picture they answered me within five minutes of my question , when they were delivered on Saturday the man had taken the trouble to bring a extra picture with him so I could see for myself and have a choice what more could you ask ,I will definitely be using them again

Dodgy company - do not use

So I found their mirror online, added 3 to my basket totalling £335 with a £25 reduction on eBay. I sent them a quoestion about the thickness of the glass as I did not realise the measurement was on the photo. They immediately sent me an email confirming this. Anyway, I then went to purchase the items and the company then marked this product as out of stock (I checked their website and it does not say out of stock there). I then searched the product again and they have now increased the price from £119.99 to £141.98. I have since emailed them for an explanation and they have chosen to ignore me. Please do not spend your money on this company.

I have print screens of the changes but cant upload them here which is annoying as you could then see what I am saying is the truth.

I bought the Extra Large Antique Silver Italian wood Framed mirror 203 x 142cm.

I spend hours to find the mirror like this in good price. This is the biggest mirror I was able to take upstairs.

No problem to place the order.

Very fast delivery. (Quicker than expected).

Mirror is solid. Nice finished in real wood.

Please be AWARE the outside mirrors RUST. I contacted the company and basically they weren't interested and their answer was "If exposed heavily to the elements the frame won’t last as long as being in a more sheltered outside location." I've only had it for 9 months and it is in a sheltered position OUTSIDE in the garden, being a garden mirror I thought it the best place for it. Once you have brought it they are not interested in their product and they will do nothing.
Please buy elsewhere!

Bought a mirror for £169.98 and was pleased with its appearance. Less than 8 months later the frame is rusting between top front and back plates. I Informed Mirror Outlet who informed me that, “our country has 4 seasons and like anything left outside there is treatment needed to maintain the item” and “There may be maintenance required on products that are put outside”. This in spite of the fact that their website states that the mirror is, “frost protected to withstand all weathers”. Obviously rain is not included in this!
I have since been offered 20% off if I wish to purchase another item but I won’t be taking them up on that!
It is interesting that the “Be the first to review this product” link does not work.
